This is a very easy review to write regarding Dee Levin. After touching base with her a year ago while vacationing on the Gulf Coast, Dee stuck by me through phone calls and emails from cross country. Dee was fantastic. This was our first home buying experience and she made it so so easy. She was available pretty much any time and no matter how we contacted her she would get right back to us usually in a matter of minutes. Couldn't ask for a better realtor. When we found the first house we liked we didn't have a realtor, we were just looking and not sure if we were serious. We decided we were and found out that the house we were looking at had gotten some offers already. A friend of friend refereed us to Dee and we called her and told her what we wanted to do and we had to do it quickly. She immediately got to work and within a day we were ready to send the paper work in. Sadly it didn't work out and we had to continue looking. She helped us look and did an excellent job helping us find houses that fit our criteria. Once we narrowed it down to the one we wanted she walked us through the process step by step. She helped us negotiate the price as well as helped us get everything we wanted fixed in the house fixed before we moved in. Any question we had she was right on top of it and if she couldn't answer it she would find out for us asap. Everything worked out in the end. We got our house just 2 weeks ago and have happily started settling in. Even after everything was done and we had moved in we needed to ask Dee some questions about some other things and she was just a quick to get back to us.
